What makes your products unique?
Our collection celebrates the traditions of Polynesian beauty rituals, blending 100% pure Tamanu oil and nourishing coconut oil with modern skincare science. Each product is designed to restore, protect, and elevate the skin, while offering a sensory escape with our signature body blends.
Are your products natural or organic?
Our Tamanu Face Oil is 100% pure and unfragranced, just the powerful oil in its natural form. Our body care range combines naturally-derived oils with carefully chosen safe synthetics, including fragrance, to ensure a luxurious feel and lasting scent.
Do your products contain nuts?
Yes. Tamanu oil is pressed from the nut of the Calophyllum inophyllum tree, and our collection also includes coconut oil. If you have a nut allergy, please patch test first or consult your healthcare professional before use.
Are your products safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Our body range is generally safe to use, though we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider. For sensitive periods like pregnancy, our 100% Pure Tamanu Face Oil offers a gentle, fragrance-free option.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we never test on animals. Our range is also vegan-friendly.
Use & Application
Can I use your oils on my face as well as body?
Our 100% Pure Tamanu Oil is suitable for both face and body, helping to support repair, calm sensitivity, and restore radiance. You’ll also find this hero oil infused throughout our entire body range, delivering all-over hydration and indulgence.
Will your products help with scars, stretch marks, or cellulite?
Tamanu oil has been traditionally used to improve the appearance of scars and stretch marks. While our products cannot remove them, regular use may help support smoother, healthier-looking skin. Cellulite is very common and natural - while our oils cannot treat it, they do help improve overall skin tone and texture.
Do your products contain fragrance?
Our body range features safe, synthetic fragrance blends to create a luxurious sensory experience. Our Tamanu Face Oil is completely fragrance-free.
Why has my product solidified or thickened?
Because our formulas contain a high concentration of coconut oil and Tamanu oil, they may naturally solidify in cooler climates. This is perfectly normal and does not affect product quality. To restore, simply warm the product gently in your hands or place the sealed bottle/jar in warm water for a few minutes.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for assistance.

Are your bottles recyclable?
Yes, all of our bottles and jars are recyclable. We are committed to reducing our footprint while ensuring your products remain safe and effective.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Unopened products have a shelf life of 24 months. Once opened, we recommend using within 12 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
